ROBERT HARDY:  Good morning and welcome to U.S. Concrete's fourth quarter 2009 earnings conference call.  I am Robert Hardy, Executive Vice President and CFO, and with me this morning is Michael Harlan, our President and Chief Executive Officer.  Before I get started, there are a few items I need to cover with you.
