The provision for loan losses increased by $2.5 million, or 60.4%, and non-interest expenses increased by $2.9 million, or 4.3%.

In addition, as a result of the Corporation exceeding certain growth and profitability targets used in calculating incentive compensation, incentive compensation expense increased by $2.2 million when compared to 2017.
