Second quarter 2014 Financial and Operational Highlights:

• Total non-GAAP revenue of $26.7 million;
• Total license revenue of $7.3 million;
• Subscription bookings of $1.6 million;
• Booked 58 transactions greater than $100,000;
• Non-GAAP operating income of $1.1 million;
• Non-GAAP fully diluted EPS of $0.02;
• Total cash and short-term investments of $59.4 million on June 30, 2014.
