Fourth Quarter 2013 Financial and Operational Highlights:

• Total license revenue of $14.6 million;
• Total revenue of $32.4 million;
• Booked 3 transactions with a license component in excess of $1.0 million;
• Booked 66 transactions greater than $100,000;
• Non-GAAP operating income of $6.4 million and non-GAAP operating margin of 20%;
• Non-GAAP fully diluted EPS of $0.09;
• Total cash and short-term investments of $79.9 million on December 31, 2013, an increase of $13.4 million from December 31, 2012;
• Operating cash flow of $12.5 million;
• Repurchased $10.0 million worth of stock during the quarter.
