Results for the First Quarter of 2012

Total revenue for the first quarter of 2012 was $70.8 million, compared to $74.0 million in the first quarter of 2011 and $83.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2011. Net income for the first quarter of 2012 was $2.4 million, or $0.03 per share, compared to $13.7 million, or $0.19 per share, in the first quarter of 2011 and $8.7 million, or $0.12 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2011. Net income on a non-GAAP¹ basis for the first quarter of 2012 was $12.2 million, or $0.17 per share, compared to $18.9 million, or $0.27 per share, in the first quarter of 2011, and $18.3 million, or $0.26 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2011.
